No excuses, just facts. I am also quite frustrated, over excuses and more excuses from the person we hired to deliver our models pre-supported. The biggest issue is that we paid him, and it was not cheap. I am just waiting for delivery to get him out of the game. I contacted him during the holidays, and last week. Last he was attending a fair, and was delivering me the models today, now he is sick and will give me some more this week. Absurd as I have no words.
Tomorrow I hope to get more models, or maybe all of them delivered. Again I hope, but be assured they will be delivered as promised as you as a backer paid for them and gave us your trust.
When all this will be done a selection of free models will be given out as a compensation for your patience. We have a few unreleased models I hope you will appreciate. More details coming in next update.
I am mortified and you are right to complain, we hired and paid a person to do them fast, it turned out that he is very good at supporting and repairing the files, but his speed is incredibly slow.
The bad part is that we paid in advance the person to work on them for him to accept the commission.
I am putting pressure on him and will meet him Saturday, he should give me some of the models.
We found a much faster person, who did the pinup models, in 2 weeks for all of them, if his speed will not improve will take the loss and pass the models to the new person to work on them.
Update coming by Monday hopefully with some good news.
I am embraced to post this update, but is necessary.
The person whom we hired and paid (after he proved to do a marvelous job) is taking forever.
I will meet with him tomorrow to get actual updates on the work status. I was promised 30 to max 90 days for delivery. He is now almost a month late on the maximum deadline.
I will try to recover what we paid him, and get another professional to finish the work, based on what he says tomorrow.
I guarantee you will get the models pre supported. This person gave me good impression and I was going to give him lots of work, to include the whole print farm, but seems I was wrong.
Again apologies for the delay, I will do my best to get them to you as soon as I can.
