The resin models are in, all physical rewards should ship out in the next week.
Tomorrow I will also ask an update to the person in charge of improving the STL files. We already shared all the older files, all good for 3D printing, but we are now improving them and supplying them with supports. We will also test print all models before releasing the files.
If you ordered resin models only. All packages should be sent before the end of the month. You have untill the 30th of October to report missing/broken or defected models. Any email in regards to lost packages or other issue with phisical goood will not be replied after such date. I apologize if it sounds rude, but is a must for us as many backer write us after 3 years from the shipping date reporting misisng packages, and we discovered that in a few cases we got ripped off. The deadline is necessary for us hope you understand. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US NOW :) wait until lthe 20th of October to start worring if you don't get a tarcking or message from us. The email to be used is [email protected] this is the only channel we will use to handle such issues. Messages on FB, KS, Messenger or other comunication means wil be ignored.
Factory informed me they are shipping the models to finish fullfilment this coming week, hopefully all orders will be sent before the end of the month. Apologize for the 1 month delay, but the factory area had slower output due to some COVID restriction for a new burst in their area.

If you are misisng the files from an older KS, please email us at the above email to get it solved. For resin I apologize but for "older" KS time to report misisng/damaged models, or lost packages is now over.
Well here we are again with another project almost completed and fullfilled. This was project 33 in less than 4 years since we started. All delivered. Only one had a glitch were we did not deliver top quality files, and we are still working to get them fixed to the best and delivered. I lost count on how many packages we have sent and how many miniatures.. but from the intial KS with just 20 models we now have a library close to 900 models.
We are now working on our 3D printing factory, as we will also provide 3D printed models in our shop in the near future. Resin will remain as the aulity and details our resin has can not be matched from mid/high quality printers yet.
We already sent and delivered several pledges for resin using current stock, and the factory is done casting the remaining ones we need to finish fulfillment. The small delay has been caused by a new burst of COVID were the factory is located. As soon as we get the models we will complete delivery.

Ronny the person who we hired has completed already a quite few of them and moving forward. We are not going to give out lousy files and cutting them if needed to be optimized for 3D printing. All files will also be test printed before released. I will share today or tomorrow the original files via MMF, and will set an email for individual STL files. Delivery was August but I foresee mid Sep, sorry about it, but as usual we had some issues and running a bit long.
Factory just got back to us, due to COVID shipping estimated to us by 28 August will be done by mid Sep, so we should be able to ship all models by end of September. Several packages have already been sent and delivered with resin models.

I will be in the hospital form the 1st to the 4th of Sep for a kidney stone surgery. Yes a 1" kidney stone... and they said I will need to rest till the 10/11th as I will have a drainage in place for a week after surgery.
