Update shipping and STL

Shipping of resin miniatures
We already started and about 60% of the orders were shipped as we had some of the models in stock, unfortunately some are waiting for the factory to provide us some models that we ran out of. Estimated date for shipping is end of month, mid Sep. We will be out of town first week of September visiting family.
STL
I am loading the original files on MMF to start sharing, takes time as our connection is real crap :( ...
Ronny is working in the file improvement and supports, he has already completed a few models. And as soon as the test prints are done we will update the files on MMF for you. This will give you the chance to paly with the files, they are perfectly functional nothing wrong with them, the new files will be decimated, and optimized by a professional for 3D printing.

Again I can only apologize
As it happens real life got in the way and delayed updates and more. So here is a quick update for the whole KS.
RESIN
No delay, we will actually start shipping some of the orders next week, and probably the majority will go out in a week or so (stock permitting) the factory has started production and was paid, any order left at the end will be fulfilled as soon as we get the stock.
STL Files
No real issue here, but yes there is an issue. Time. We paid quite a big chunk of $$$ a technician to optimize and support all models, but this is going way behind what was agreed as to date I only got 2 files back, I got his word that since he is going on vacation starting Monday he will focus on the files to complete them as soon as he can.
In the meanwhile in the next few days I will distribute the old version files to you on MMF, this will give you functional files to work with. And they will be updated with new optimized files as soon as I get them.
The KS had the purpose to improve and optimize the older version files we had.

Real Life Issues
No excuse, but as said we had some real life issues, as I had to replace my boss position at work, since he had to leave for a family emergency, so my work schedule got a bit more complex, and as it was not enough, first my wife, then my daughter got COVID, this caused me to take care of the house, groceries, cooking, managing store orders and more.

That we will deliver as we always do and fix any issue, just forgive me if I am a bit slow in answering and fixing issues, we are trying to get back to normal schedule as fast as we can.

PLEDGE MANAGER
Backerkit is been up for some weeks now, please take your time to complete the pledge by tomorrow. I still have 64 pending orders. Failure to complete it by tomorrow may cause a big delay in delivering your orders.
Payments or Credit Card Issues
I have a few Credit Cards not going through, I just added Paypal as payment method to ease the process.
Resin models
I am sending the order this week to the factory, that is why is important to get the pledge manager done as the order is based on the PM.
Digital Files
The person we hired is doing a great job but is not as fast as I thought, but the output product I have seen for now is amazing compared to previous providers. I will probably share all original files first to backers, and will update them as I get the new and improved ones, this will give you the option to start playing with them.

If you sue other channels you may not get an answer, and if you send multiple emails it will just create confusion and slow down the delivery process.
STL file delivery
If you have an all-in option don't need to do anything, I will share with you the currently available files, and once all are cleaned updated and supported I will share also the new ones. This will give a chance to some of you to start playing with them while Ronny is working on the new files.

Smoke Test Backerkit
Not sure how, seems something got messed up in the pledge manager. Please do not till it if you got a smoke test. The STL portion all in works, but the resin selection is off. I will look at it tomorrow when I get back home.
